2 and a half years as an MO in psychiatric department

Time to seriously think and analyze where I am heading.
So far I have gained a lot working in psychiatry.
However when it comes to that extra satisfaction and passion that pushes one to go the extra mile...still haven't found it. If this is truly the best career choice for me, the realization is coming very slowly...I have the patience to wait and see. However if I am to pursue further studies, the Masters application for next year ends in September 2011 ~which is exactly one month from now. I have to decide. And I have to decide fast.
Still cannot "see" which field is the best for me...
